Colored pencils are my first love. I remember discovering the fancier brands in high school -- wow!
This gallery is some of my favorite creations and journal entries.
Story time: Pu Paddy is every bug’s favorite pile-on-the-ground run by Mom and Pop Pill. Together they have a keen sense of what reeks, picking only the finest paddies.

Breaking Terracota
In a moments time,
Everything that kept me comfortable was shattered.
Leaving me vulnerable and exposed,
Naked and bare to my truths.
Complacency and procrastination veiled a slippery slope of consequences.
With the shattered remains of comforts at my feet,
I’m forced to find new shelter.

This comic was inspired by little piles of animal scat that are nutritious meals to decomposers like litter bugs (aka Rollie pollies, pill bugs). Sometimes I find myself examining which critters are feasting, but then I remind myself that I'm invading nature's privacy.
